As Project Leader in URE production you will lead projects with resources from other departments within production. In this role you are the leader of the project team where the overall project plan, goals and objectives are formed and committed. In this role you will have the responsibility to:
• For a sub project that supports the overall project plan, which you will together with the project team create.
• Achieve the project goals and objectives.
• Motivate and encourage the team so that the highest possible level of performance and quality are achieved.
• Ensure that the deliverables are made according to plan
Skills & Knowledge:
To succeed in this role you have a positive attitude, are driven, and have the ability to see the holistic picture. You have experience in project management and you have the ability to structure the project, have a good sense of capability to deliver the right quality with good delivery precision.
• Experience of project management.
• Ability to build strong relationships within projects
• Ability to organize and structure work in collaboration with colleagues.
• Communications skills and good knowledge in English and Swedish.

Atlas Copco Underground Rock Excavation (URE) has a large program of machines used in tunneling and underground mining operations, for example drill rigs, bolting rigs, concrete spraying equipment, loaders and mine trucks. The equipment is used all around the world, normally in very harsh environments with high demands on safety, reliability and productivity. They are available in various technology levels, from simple to fully autonomous with diesel and/or electric drive trains.
