IT Manager to Örebro
Recently, Örebro IT support joined ASAP IT services thanks to the implementation of GoFIT. The Örebro IT Manager will drive the implementation of ASAP IT model and concept, with the utmost target of leading to excellence in IT service delivery.
The IT Manager in Örebro will safeguard that best practices that already exist will be kept and translated in terms of ASAP's IT model.
Main responsibilities
The IT Manager is a key member of the ASAP IT Customer Service Team in Sweden and the speaking partner for the businesses in Sweden in order to catch and own their requirements / needs.
You assist at a country level and lead from a location perspective with the overhaul goal of customer focus and satisfaction.
As IT Manager you are responsible for Customer relationships in order to identify, investigate and recommend changes in the service deliveries.
Your responsibilities are to manage and develop Örebro's Customer Service team. The IT Manager leads the IT Service Desk team in Örebro which delivers service to the customers in the region, ensures that all incidents are captured and targeted for resolution and that all escalations and complaints are responded to in a timely manner.
You produce statistics, activity reports, weekly and/or monthly management reports and customer ad hoc reports as required.
The role also includes to manage the Incident Management function, including follow up of service delivery of all ASAP IT Specialist Support organizations, such as IT operations, Business Systems, WFC Workflow & Collaboration and Global SAP so that incidents are resolved in a timely and effective manner with the aim of highest customer satisfaction.
You establish close working relationships with other ASAP IT Specialist Support organizations to ensure highest quality first level support.
We expect that you are willing to travel within Sweden, and on request internationally.
Your background
We think that you have minimum of 5 years' experience of IT management or similar. You have an overall IT understanding in a wide scope: ERPs, EDI, .Network, Data communication, IT infrastructure, Collaboration Tools, and office applications.
You are an experienced leader and have a good financial understanding. You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Other language skills and certification within ITIL (Foundation) are valuable.
You are customer focused and have good customer relations. You are a leader with a strong drive  and good communication skills, especially towards non-IT professionals. You are eager to learn and eager to adapt.
