We are looking for a Assurance Business Development Manager for TCS Nordics. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, the associate will be responsible for:
Be the single point of contact for TCS engagements, responsible for all pursuing and developing the testing business for Nordics
Identify opportunities and liaise with TCS CoEs and R&D teams to position the right offering and create value for TCS customers
Work closely with the account teams and other stakeholders from customer organization to ensure testing is delivered for key assignments as planned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
10-15 years of testing experience, including Test Solution Development, prior pre-sales and sales experience in testing & QA services
Prior consulting experience in the area of test maturity assessments, test model creation, test strategy preparation and Test Factory setup
Has used different test tools for automation & test management
Has good understanding of the testing industry trends
Has worked in different technologies and platforms
Experience of working in remote-sourcing models
Knowledge of TCS tools, frameworks and R&D work
Good communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel, as required for the job
