Do you want to be part of a company with a higher purpose to empower and inspire women everywhere? We are looking for an Assortment Manager to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg.
Your role in our team. As an Assortment Manager, you make sure that the assortment for your business area is the very best for our customers and of course you are an important part of making sure Lindex grows in the best possible way, keeping your business area profitable. You lead the development of collections, making sure the work is done according to set goals and strategies. You also lead the operational work in your team and making sure that they have what they need to be on their toes. You work in close collaboration with other teams and departments, with the common goal to improve the offer to our customers.

Here are some examples of what's included: make sure that the development of collections is in line with customer needs and Lindex brand, you lead the way when it comes to the operational work within your team, and you are an active member of business area management team. You make sure that the team reaches set KPI's.
This is a substitute position, for approximately two year.

We also see that you have the ability to see the big picture, with a strategic mind set.

Higher education within textiles/design or economics
Work experience in a position as Manager (with personnel responsibility)
Work experience from the fashion business
Good knowledge in buying- and production processes
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
