About the role
We are looking for an Assortment and Master Data Coordinator . In this role you will have overall ownership of the product and assortment governance tools ensuring correct and up to date information being available and published through different channels. This role allows to manage client 's assortment enabling Product Managers to make informed decisions regarding portfolio management, hereby maximizing sales while minimizing complexity.
Main Duties:
• Drive and own the process of data input
• Maintenance of master data within the different softwares used
• Provides statistics, analyses and provides support for strategic assortment decisions
• Ensure data readiness for catalogue production
• Drive and own the process to plan, coordinate content and produce global and local assortment catalogues for print and/or web
• Coordinate and produce product sheets, news, user manuals, global pricelists etc
Key Capabilities:
• Strong math and analytical skills - ability to manage and structure large quantities of data
• Ability to see the big picture and at the same time pay attention to details
• Critical thinking - ability to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings
• Project management - takes ownership and works proactively
• Focus on the right things and operate with speed and has ability to meet deadlines
• Communication skills: ability to present their findings and translate the data into an understandable document
• Competence to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas
• Flexible and likes to work in a fast paced environment
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent within statistics, math s or information systems analysis
• Technical knowledge regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Project management skills
• Excellent English speaking/writing (Swedish is a merit)
