hela Sverige Nasdaq is formally forming a new team within Global Tech to support the ongoing journey towards a full service offering, based on a unique technical platform. Solution Engineering will actively work on creating customized solutions in line with global customer needs and requests. As an AVP you are outward facing, interacting in dialogue with global executive regarding how to facilitate high quality and in-demand services. You will head a team of eminently skilled professionals and report to VP of Global Core Development.
In this role you will act as a change agent within a strategically important field, enabling a full service offering from a technical perspective and a new way of working within this pivotal fin-tech transformation.

YOU WILL
You will head a group of highly skilled engineers and thus be in charge of individual development, resource planning, time management, succession-planning, goals and execution-strategies etc. You will work with a cost-budget, and prioritizing projects- and/or commitments within specific projects/programs. In your role as an AVP you will work with Market Technology in customer project, facilitating service offerings on a unique technical platform along with allocating resources based on needs and requests.
You group consists of senior software designers/architects, and solution designers; and based on your own background you will partake in strategic discussions with architectural groups, and executive leadership groups related to the service-transformation.
YOU ARE
Your background exceeds 15 years within the technical field. You have a broader experience that includes operations, cloud-environments, deployments, and SaaS- delivering software as a service. You are an avid problem solver, as an engineer and a leader (formal leadership, preferably a minimum of two years). Architectural skills includes solution architecture; your technical legitimacy is based on design and solutions, stemming from a longer experience of interacting with clients, understanding real needs and quests for innovative competitive technological strategies and analytics.
