About the Role
Resolution Games is currently on a major growth journey and to achieve our hiring goal, we need you. The current Talent Acquisition team consists of only one person, which means you will work in a small team and have a lot of influence on both a strategic and operational level. You will help ensure that we evaluate everything we need to evaluate before we make a hiring decision.
You will partner up with managers on long-term talent acquisition strategies, advising on the best strategy to attract and recruit candidates within a certain discipline. Most of your time will be spent sourcing and making screening calls as well as handling administration in our ATS (Teamtailor) such as interview notes, feedback emails, scheduling and various templates. You will also be part of building and implementing the new and improved processes together with your team. The role is multifaceted, where you need to remain organized, have the ability to prioritize while being able to be creative, and bring the best ideas to the table. This is an excellent opportunity to really grow in your role as a TA Partner together with Resolution Games.
We would love it if you had:
Experience working with recruitment in tech
Experience working with sourcing
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
