Commercial Banking - CMB - Large Corporates 2 Positions for: (Assistant) Relationship Manager HSBC The Nordics Operating in the Nordics since 2019, HSBC is one of the region's leading international banks. Job Profile
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support (Global) Relationship Managers (GRM) with all operational and commercial activities
• Support with prospecting of new clients and identifying further commercial cross sell opportunities on existing clients
• Coordination with cross-functional teams during due diligence and deal execution phase (product, capital, credit, legal and operations teams)
• Ensure that the business meets its internal and external regulatory requirements, including Know Your Client requirements and making sure all client data is captured and up to date in relevant systems
• Work in partnership with other teams to deliver the services and products of the bank in a fair and transparent manner, including participating in internal and external client calls and meetings
• Maintain close contact with the international network to ensure prompt and appropriate responses to client queries, manage bank's global exposure and capture additional business opportunities
• Develop and maintain financial models to support new business origination and review existing assets
• Assist with the preparation of client reviews, including
o Financial modeling
o Financial analysis
o Industry and competitor analyses
o Identifying key financial and other risks
Relevant knowledge and skills
• Strong command of the English language (A Nordic language is an added benefit)
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive attitude, eager to take on responsibilities and able to work well in an international high performance team
• Experience with modeling and financial analysis
• Strong writing and research skills
• Stress resilient and able to shift quickly between different responsibilities
• MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Prior work experience in a commercial, international setting is a plus
