Tetra Recart is the world's first restorable carton system. We are dedicated to make Tetra Recart the preferred alternative to steel can, opening up a world of new possibilities for revitalization throughout the value chain.
Tetra Recart is now in acceleration phase with increased resources on both product development and sales forces in Clusters and market companies. To meet the increased number of development projects and requests we have decided to strengthen our Product Management team.
The role will be active across all 5 clusters depending on the present need. This position will be based in Lund, Sweden and part of central marketing team.
Main responsibilities
• Drive product management deliverables in development projects, such as building business cases, set key requirements, define the market and the product role in portfolio.
• Own communication needs roadmap and Develop product communication material with central communication team.
• Set priorities for PLC activities and "inside out" product development needs.
• Drive and participate in pre-studies with the aim to define development projects.
• Take active role in training on Tetra Recart to Cluster and DSO organization.
Qualifications
We believe that you have a strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to build networks and relationships with other people. As you will be working in partnership with many key stakeholders you will need to possess a high level of collaboration. You are agile in your approach, have an ability to build trust and communicate ideas to others. For this position, you need to have a solid understanding of B2B, product management and marketing competence.
We believe you have a Master degree in Marketing or equivalent combined with at least 5 years' work experience whereof 1-3 years within product management.
Experience from working in an international environment is an advantage. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
