Job Summary
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager that want to join our separator team for one year, while our current Associate Product Manager is exploring an internal job rotation.
The separator team is part of Channel Management & Key Components. The business sector has as mission to design the strategy for our products and support the growth through multiple sales channels.
This position is a temporary position for 1 year and is based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena. For the right internal candidate, we are open for locations within Europe (based in a Tetra Pak site).
What you will do
As our Associated Product Manager, you will be working closely with the Commercial Product Manager and regional portfolio managers to drive the competitiveness of our product portfolio. This is a dynamic role that will give you a broad understanding of our business and an opportunity to work with colleagues from all over the world.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Drive and participate in Market Analysis & Business Intelligence activities
Translate market needs into product requirements and develop business cases
Core team member in product development projects, focusing on product launches and product deployment
Collaborate and manage stakeholders internally and externally
Represent our team in development of commercial tools and ensure that our products are integrated in these tools.
Training and support linked to product deployment, portfolio and price etc

We believe that you are a person who is analytical, strategic and has the ability to understand the bigger picture and then translate that into product requirement. You have a drive and interest in commercial side of the business but also the technical side of our products. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you. Furthermore, you are business oriented and collaborative.
To be successful in this position you probably have a few years of experience from working within relevant areas. You have a relevant University degree within Business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Food Technology or similar and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
