We are looking for innovative, committed people to join us in this endeavour and create safe, sustainable and connected cars. We believe in the power of people and will challenge and support you to reach your full potential. Join us and be part of Volvo Cars' journey into the future.

Who are we?
We are undergoing a huge commercial transformation that will fundamentally change how we do business. It is a shift from a wholesale business model to a consumer business model with a global omni-channel customer experience at the center of success.

A prerequisite for this transformation to succeed is to deeply change the way we think about and manage our price data: to digitize price setting and creation practices for online sales; to enable price distribution online meeting the demands of e-commerce; to ensure price data accuracy and integrity in our financial systems.

We are looking for a passionate Associate Product Manager to be part of the execution of world-class direct-to-consumer finance.

This is a Product management role in the problem space of Billing and Collection where you will work close to other Product Managers. You will support that group in building a cohesive product strategy, define the product roadmap, and giving guidance and strategic direction to the product teams.

Ultimately, you will deliver excellence from your product team.

What you'll do
As Associate Product Manager at Commercial Finance, with the support of surrounding team expertise, you ensure that we accelerate our commercial transformation.

You will build and communicate a strong product mission and vision

You will synthesize a roadmap on how our customers prefer to utilize our products and based on that enable our ambitious volume growth

As a Product Manager at Volvo Cars, you will help navigate a large, complex matrix organization through digital and commercial transformation, developing and embodying the culture, beliefs and practices needed for success.

You will need to balance priorities in a high-paced environment and give guidance to your product team on what value to focus on.

In the role, you will be influencing stakeholders, synchronising the delivery, and measuring outcomes for your product.

You and your skills
To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:

Demonstratable experience in Product management, a record of gathering customer insights and turning them into valuable product outcomes.

You have experienced organisational transformation implementing practices in digital product teams, you understand how to nurture a culture of high performance and can prove your value mindset over methodology.

Facilitating communication and collaboration between products where dependencies exist.

You combine data, experience, and instinct to make clear and communicated decisions, unafraid in the face of opinion

You love to enable teams to perform in a rapidly changing landscape

You believe that failing fast is a competency to master, not a mistake to hide

You value integrity and a bias for action, which will make you successful in this role, culture and company

You have a history of working in the finance domain

Location
This role can be based out of either Gothenburg or Stockholm, Sweden.
