The Product Management team is now looking for a third colleague. The team takes care of the structure and specific needs of the Luxembourg SICAV funds and the Cayman based Off Shore funds.
Job Description
Your main tasks will include assisting the Product Managers as well as taking on your own responsibilities for both our SICAV and Off Shore product families. This involves dealing with all areas of the funds i.e. legal, operational, sales etc. Your role will include developing new routines in collaboration with the service providers, both external and internal. Furthermore, you will handle routine work such as supervision and control of invoicing, information gathering for follow-up and handling queries from all parts of the organisation.
Requirements
• University degree
• Minimum five years within the financial sector, preferably fund industry
• Fluent in English and preferably French and/or another language within the Eastern European region
• Understanding of the Eastern European financial markets is a plus.
As a person you are structured, perceptive and a team player. Ad-hoc situations motivate you and you are able to solve problems independently but know when to involve others.
