hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Machinegames Sweden AB i Uppsala MachineGames is looking for a self-motivated Associate Producer to strengthen its team. As an Associate Producer you report to the Senior Producer.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for certain sections of the game (e.g character pipeline, weapons pipeline)
Maintain product backlogs, set up sprint backlogs
Launch sprints
Ensure interdepartmental communication is happening
Clear blockers for team members
Set up and launch Strike-Teams to focus on, and address, specific shorter-lived development goals
Maintain relationships with external development partners, for example
Coordinate relationship between internal and external QA
Manage relationship with Localization teams
Continually play and evaluate game builds and help communicate feedback from review sessions
Requirements
Great understanding of and appreciation for milestones, schedules, deadlines and efficient game development processes
2-3 years of professional or related experience
At least one shipped title
Strong multi-tasking ability
Ability to be self-starting and able to work effectively with minimal direction
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, scheduling and time management skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent team player with strong work ethic and a collaborative/cooperative attitude
Self-motivated, but able to receive constructive feedback and integrate into work
Strong commitment to quality
University degree or equivalent experience is preferred
