hela Sverige For one of our customers we are looking for an Associate Medical Director. The position reports directly to the Nordic medical director and indirectly to the Swedish country manager who is responsible for the daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the medical team in Sweden in close partnership with the Nordic colleagues. The position is placed in Stockholm.
The company has 3 products on the market and is market leader within multiple sclerosis. The pipeline is challenging and they invest more than 20% in research and development.
Responsibilities:
• Provide state of the art medical education/ information to the need of the internal and external stakeholders
• Identify the unmet medical need in our fields of responsibility and react accordingly
• Facilitate, develop and implement clinical trials/ medical projects
• Provide medical outcome data to market access initiatives
• Follow and influence the medical fields we are active in
• Prepare the organization for new product and indication launch initiatives
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams and serve as scientific liaison to cultivate relationships with special accounts and Key Opinion Leaders.
Support Product Managers in preparing promotional material and review it to ensure compliance with the relevant Codes of Conduct.
Manage grants and sponsorships according to code of conduct and compliance
Cooperate with clinical research team to provide appropriate clinical input regarding responsible products.
Responsible for, pharmacovigillance and medical operations (such as medical information service and approval processes).
Effectively lead the medical group in Sweden
Competences:
University degree in Medicine
More than 4 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience within multiple sclerosis, neurology and immunology will be an advantage
Strong analytical skills coupled with objectivity and critical judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
Fluent in Swedish and English
Strong Team builder
Good at creating relationships
Positive and open-minded
