Marketing is the corporate function responsible for understanding "the outside" as well as inspiring "the inside" to generate "out-of-the-box" ideas.
Within Marketing, the Business Insights & Analytics Team strives to provide relevant and "up-to-date" information to the main stakeholders in a concise and timely manner to support strategic decision making globally.
Tetra Pak is looking for an Associate Manager to be part of the Global Business Insights & Analytics Team. The person will be responsible for delivering real time information, supporting the Managers by providing accurate, prompt, and relevant facts of the competitive landscape, disruptive technology and trends in the packaging industry. In addition, the associate will create "state-of-the-art" reports and update the internal data base. The associate should have technical knowledge/and/or experience about packaging material and equipment.
The position will be based in Lund (Sweden) or Modena (Italy), reporting to the Global Business Insights & Analytics Manager.
Main responsibilities
• Managing competitor alerts
• Supporting quarterly global reporting on food industry competitive dynamics
• Providing competitor input & support into the annual strategy process
• Assisting CI Managers to develop and deploy marketing tool boxes
• Leading deep dive analysis on food industry equipments, technology and services future trends
Qualifications
The perfect candidate must be inquisitive, innovative, sharp, detail oriented, and a team player.
It is paramount to have some experience in the following fields:
• Packaging Industry
• PET stretch blowmolding
• Filling, labelling and intralogistics
• Beverage industry
• Plastics
• Automation
• Material recycling
• Analytical skills
The candidate must be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
This position requires to have a bachelor's degree, either in Engineering or other related fields.
