Job Title: Associate Lead
Job type: Full time on location in Malmö, Sweden
Looking for a great job creating games? Massive Entertainment is currently looking for an Associate Lead to join our Art team. This is a full time position and will require relocation to Malmö, Sweden.
You will be leading a group of mission scripters in close cooperation with game designers, artists and tech developers. To suit this position you must have a passion for games and a solid understanding of game creation. You have practical experience from game design, scripting, coding or level design but your ambition is to evolve as a team leader. It’s important that you can manage a smaller group of team members, plan and track production progress, motivate and assist your group with solving any problems that may occur. As a person you are proactive, cooperative and result oriented.

Required skills and experience:
 Passion for games
 People skills
 Team leadership
 Production planning
 Must relocate to Malmö, Sweden
Additional bonus skills:
 Level editing experience (Battlefield, Far Cry, Unreal, Doom, Half Life, WiC)
 Modding experience
 Any industry standard 3d modeling package (Maya, Max, Lightwave, XSI)
 Scripting (Python or equivalent)
 Coding (any C variant)
 Previous experience in the games industry
 Solid understanding of game creation
