hela Sverige Nasdaq is looking to add Associate General Counsel to the Nordic/Baltic legal team. The role:
The main responsibility of the legal team is to advise the European regulated business, including the stock exchanges in the Nordic Baltic countries. Topics include e. g. business development in relation to Nasdaq's trading operations, general corporate law (including contract drafting and negotiations) and corporate governance. The common denominator in all these areas is that the legal team is an appreciated business partner and integral part of the decision making processes. In this role, you will report to the Head of Nordic/Baltic Legal.
Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications:
We are looking to get in touch with candidates with a law degree and one to three years working experience, preferably from a major law firm or similar. Your experience from financial industry would be a merit.
Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
To be successful in this role, you also need to be ambitious, self-motivated and results oriented with high integrity and excellent communication skills. Furthermore, we expect you to have fluent language skills in written and spoken English.
We expect you to be a team player who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
