Who are we?
There is now an opportunity for you to join us in the development of our new products. Volvo Group Trucks Technology has an increased need of skilled engineers within the electrical componets group located in Gothenburg. The team in Gothenburg is a mix in age and gender, we have a atmosphere where we help eachother and enjoy working as a team. We are looking for new employees with passion to work and develop sustainable transport solutions with pioneering products and services for the transport and infrastructure industries.
The role of a component owner
The component owner drives his/her component from beginning to end having responsebuility for the supplier interaction and the creation of the technical requirement for the part.
Also securing all internal stakeholders like purchasing, design, aftermarket and production are onboard understanding the impact of your component.

Qualifications
B.Sc in Engineering
Preferably experience from the automotive industry.
