hela Sverige We are now looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel for our Corporate legal team. You will draft, negotiate and review high value commercial IT contracts on behalf of the company and play an advisory role to the business in helping them mitigate legal and commercial risks in the contracts. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. You need to be flexible to travel within Europe and to India on short notice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drafting Legal contracts
• Reviewing contract documents
• Negotiating contracts with the clients
• Providing advisory support to internal business team
• Facilitating statutory compliance regarding contractual terms
• Advising senior management regarding key legal issues relating to client contracts
• Supporting the business teams during the bid process and proposal documentation and submission.
• Providing inputs to the business teams regarding risk assessment and mitigation measures.
• Ensuring the completion of legal documentation and a proper archival process.
• Performing other advisory roles associated with the handling of complex legal issues as may be required from time to time.
PROFILE
You have at least 15+ years relevant experience in drafting and negotiating high value IT outsourcing contracts in a large global organization. You have excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills. Also, you are able to lead and work independently. Furthermore, your thinking and work style is:
