Today we have 6 local offices and 3 Delivery Centers with over 2500 consultants doing transformational work for over 30 Nordic customers.We have a role for Associate Consultant in Gothenburg- Sweden, Define Solution blueprints, lead the development of high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documents by working jointly with Technical architects and Subject matter experts.* Review and approve Solution Architecture \ Solution Design for complete infrastructure solutions that meet customer and application requirements (including HLD & LLD).o The solution will be based on next-generation IT solutions spanning one or more of the following areas: Digital Workplace, Software Defined Datacentre, Converged Networks, CyberSecurity, Unified Communications, Future Mode Operations including Tooling and Infrastructure Services* Ensure that infrastructure solutions make the most efficient use of resources, technical and people, to provide the best value to both the client and HCL.* Provide comprehensive technical and procedural advice and guidance to team members, other HCL domains and customers as required* Attendance at the design and other client forums representing HCL.* Help foster an environment that welcomes new ideas and supports the development of these ideas into fully fledged solution design.* Adhere to client technology governance and project framework.* Be seen as an agent of change within the transformation program organisation. Engage with support teams to create energy for change.* Help achieve best practice for client infrastructure to ensure infrastructure, support deliverables and components are consistent with agreed designs and address applicable risk and security considerations.* Provide business context and contract requirement support to colleagues.* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including oral, written, presentation and the ability to successfully influence others;o Excellent verbal communication including clarifying scope,o requirements and deliverableso Excellent written communication skills including evidence of conciseo infrastructure design documentationo Good stakeholder management skills. Able to effectively listen,o communicate, challenge and influence team members peer group,o suppliers and managemento Proven skills in dealing with suppliers (internal and external)* Ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively and that of a medium sized team* Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills* Evidence of tenacity and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines* Good high-level knowledge of IT infrastructures and architectures* Knowledge of industry standards and current technology trends.* Ability to investigate and learn (to support the design and implementation of new technical solutions)* Understand accountabilities across large projects/programmes and tasks.* Proven skills in recognising dependencies and project planning activities.* Must gain knowledge of the Client Sector and any regulatory processes affecting preferred Must show a willingness to learn if not motivation and ability to gain an understanding of client business units, systems and all HCL processes* Experience in leading design and implementation of significant infrastructure transformation projects involving multiple technical disciplines across various geographies* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to colleagues and customers* A positive approach to customer care* Ability to deal with ambiguity a uncertainty. DeliverablesThe Infrastructure Lead Architect will be responsible for the following deliverables in addition to the Transformation execution activity* Transformation Phase1. Plan, organise and lead the architecture and design workshops between client and internal architect community to achieve the desired project outcomes3. High-level design document and implementation roadmap4. Migration and implementation approach for the contracted transformation scope5. Identify technical risks and develop mitigation plansiscriminate against applicants and set requirements in a native language, but instead specify the language requirements you have and why.As a person, you are structured and organized, communicative and you are a team player.
