Work Description
We are looking for an assistant to a director at a large international IT company which has its office in Kista. The role combines the responsibility for supporting the director as well as supporting the entire department in certain areas. This work includes experience from managing projects and financial experience as well. The other administrative supports to the organization are:

Invoices
• Purchase and ordering by following financial policies and guidelines,
• Approve, check and follow up in internal tools
• Be contact person between Buy Center and the vendors regarding invoice issues

Department/team off -sites/events
• Find venues
• Coordinate and logistics
• Group meetings, plan agenda and organize
• Coordinate internal training,
• Create all PO and administrate IO's -CC (create, extend and close)
• Check and follow up with finance

Manager support
• Calenders - plan, coordinate, keep up do date
• Support with planning, coordination and logistics at external visits
• Take notes on meetings, actions and follow up
• Set up agenda for team meetings and responsibility for EPG and Public team meeting agenda 1/month,
• Set up an administrate and publishing relevant information
• Back-up for phone calls and reroute to the right person
• Plan all logistics (meeting rooms, room booking, travel booking)
• Other day to day issues

You become an employee of Manpower and work as a consultant at the company. The contract is full time.

Who are you?
The ideal profile for this job is one who has administrative training or equivalent work experience from international organization. Further requirements for this job are to have an experience of managing projects and worked with financial tasks. You have to speak and write fluently Swedish and English. Your administrative skills are very good as well as your computer skills. You should be able to work independently, prioritize, have an own initiativ, good at corporation and can combine the work duties with a high service level.
