Assistant to Department Truck Chassis Development
The department, responsible for Truck Chassis development, focuses on developing processes, personnel, and technical areas within Chassie. With our current assistant transitioning to new assignments, we are seeking a driven, dedicated, and ambitious individual to join the ERT Management Team.
Your Role
As the Assistant to the Department Manager and the Department Management Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization as a whole. You will also collaborate closely with the ERT Management Group and be an integral part of the ERT assistant team.
You will
• Actively participate in department management group activities, including organizing and preparing meetings and providing administrative support.
• Contribute to the ERT assistant team, focusing on continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team building among other ER assistants.
• Support the ERT Manager in daily tasks such as time management and meeting preparation.
• Manage IT orders and approvals, access rights, invoices, employee onboarding, office coordination, etc.
• Facilitate communication within the department and serve as a point of contact.
• Stay updated on procedures (e.g., for new employees) and assist managers at various stages.
• Network with other assistants within and outside Scania.
• Assist in preparations for and attendance at management team and section meetings.
• Handle work environment administration and relocations.
• Administrate attestations for environment and economic responsibilities for new managers.
• Manage department managers calendar and emails.

Who You Are
You are communicative, service-oriented, and possess high integrity. You have a genuine passion for administrative work, service delivery, and support. You excel as a team player, collaboratively solving problems with colleagues and independently when necessary. Your innovative ideas and flexible mindset contribute to our collective success.

You have extensive experience as an assistant or in administrative roles, with previous exposure to management support. Proficiency in various tools within the Office 365 suite and other support systems is essential.

Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
