hela Sverige Now we seek a legal assistant with the ambition of working at business transfer. Are you interesting in the acquisition area and has a legal education basically, and want to practice your knowledge, you can be the one we seek.
The work will focus on contract negotiations and review of contracts, which often business transfer issues are included. The work also act as negotiation support in acquisition.
Qualifications
We expect you to have or pursue study at law degree. the relevant professional experience is a merit, including experience of contract management. You must have the ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English. These tasks require patience, integrity, and good interpersonal skills.
