What will you do
You will work closely together with Kenneth on a daily basis and help him with high and low tasks and hereby help Corebon succeed on our journey to become one of a world leading companies on composite processing.
Example of tasks are
Overseeing key projects - such as affiliated companies and customer relations
Work on ad hoc tasks and ensure timely completion.
Preparing reports, presentations, etc.
Managing phone calls, routine emails and correspondence with vendors and clients.
Taking meeting minutes
Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
You will work with people in all positions, including contacts with very senior managers on multinational companies on a regular basis.
Who is Kenneth?
Kenneth is a PhD and former ass Professor from Lund University that is one of the founders behind Corebon core technology. He really loves major challenges and never takes no for an answer when it comes to technical difficulties.
But what might be as importance for you is how he is as a person. We are very happy to say that he is very outgoing and easy to communicate with.
Who is Corebon?
Corebon is one of the fastest growing companies in Sweden. A year ago, we were about 20 employees, now we are 80. In one years' time we expect to be about 200.
The company has invented and patented the world's fastest production process for carbon fiber reinforced plastic, resulting in a new higher standard for composite materials, lower costs and minimal environmental impact - we call it Corebon Technology. Corebon Technology results in up to 10 times faster cycle times, up to 95% energy savings, and the highest fiber volume fraction composites ever manufactured in industrial scale.
Our customers are world leading companies in aviation, automotive, sporting goods etc.
Who are you?
You are a positive person that get things done and likes structure. You like to work in a fast growing company with large variation of tasks and constant change.
Skills that you need are:
Strong organizational skills
Proactive thinking and planning
Strong communication skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
Microsoft Office package skills
If you have experience as an Executive assistant or similar is positive, but not a requirement. And if you have a technical background is also positive, but not required.
