About the job
We are now looking for an assistant who will report to Head of Swedbank Pay Sales unit. They unit is today operational in the Nordic countries and consist of nearly 70 employees.
The daily work will consist of administrative tasks supporting Head of Swedbank Pay and Swedbank Pay Sales management. This means handling travelling arrangements, meeting bookings, time reporting etc. You need to have proven competence in Office software.

The company is currently on an exciting journey, so if you are motived by being part of a dynamic environment, you will the right person for the job! It is important that you are well organized, comfortable with handling a variety of tasks and self-organized.
In order to be successful, you need to be service minded with a high level of integrity. The successful candidate possesses excellent skills in Swedish and English, orally as well as written.
