Mobility Solutions is a new business area established in 2021 with the mission to lead Scania's ambition to take a larger role in the transport ecosystem and to identify new revenue streams for Scania. Mobility Solutions was initially focused on driving Scania's autonomous transport roadmap and providing As-a-Service business models for transport (i.e. LOTS Group). Now, we also invest in high growth companies through our Scania Growth Capital fund and build our own start-ups through our new corporate venture building function, Scania Ventures.

Then this position might be perfect for you. As our assistant you'll have a wide range of tasks, varying from administrative, operational, and strategic levels.
In this role you will:
• Support our Head of Ventures for example set up meetings, prepare presentation material, summarize and follow up after meetings
• Support in facilitating Venture Board and Portfolio Board meetings where decisions are made about investments to start-ups
• Welcoming new employees and securing that people in our organization thrive
• Securing that we have an inspiring and nice office environment
• Drive internal and external communication activities including social media
• Supporting with ordering equipment, supplies and access rights as well as travel arrangements for mgmt. team
• Arranging social events and meetings
