Your role as an Assistant
In the role as an Assistant you will be a part of the EQT Foundation team, consisting Head of Foundation and Head of Operations. You will mainly support Head of Foundation with day-to-day activities, which include coordinating calls/meetings, preparing material for meetings, handling travel arrangements etc. You will also work closely with the Head of Operations, and support EQT when it needs. Your role is varied, and you should enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced and global environment.
The role includes:
Supporting Head of Foundation with calendar and preparations, and other day-to-day activities
Coordinate internal and external engagements
Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls
Travel arrangements and logistics globally
Manage expense reports
Meeting preparation, share notes, presentations, and articles prior to meetings
Register and update contacts in databases (Salesforce, Google contacts etc.)
Work with the other assistants globally to stay on top of activities
Your qualifications
2-3 years of experience of working as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar.
Experience user of Microsoft office: Powerpoint, Word, Excel and the Google Suite: Gmail, G-drive etc.
Experience from working in an international environment and/or experience from the financial service industry, is considered a merit
Fluency in English, fluency in Norwegian/Swedish is beneficial but not required
To succeed in this position, you have good communication skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, a positive can-do attitude, structured and always ready to assist with high service and integrity. You are a team player who enjoys working with others in an international environment and at the same time can independently and structurally push your work forward. You have a passion to further contribute to EQT Foundation's mission for a cleaner and more inclusive tomorrow.

Salary: Fixed, monthly
