Publiceringsdatum2012-09-12Dina arbetsuppgifterThe Clinical Research Department is responsible for both internal and external activities. Your duties are many and various with main focus on supporting Clinical study teams, Clinical evaluation managers as well as the department as such. You will:
• perform editing and quality checks of key documents such as protocols, reports, contracts and agreements
• maintain documentation/files relevant for Clinical Investigations and Evaluations
• secure timely assistance to Research Managers/Evaluations Managers and Clinical Study Teams
• maintain departmental procedures and routines
• ordering and shipments
• budget follow up and invoicing
• handle department related administrative activities
• book meetings and coordinate travels etc.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are recruiting a colleague used to project and departmental administration. You are very experienced in Software like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe acrobate etc. and able to speak and write English on a high level. Your experience is preferably, but not necessarily, from a Clinical Department within similar industries. The position includes interaction with colleagues abroad since many studies are being performed globally.
You should have talent for building good relationships with colleagues and customers as part of a group of ten based at headquarters in Gothenburg. It is important to be motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently. You should be flexible and able to prioritise, as you will be simultaneously involved in a number of projects at various stages of development.
