Your role
Business Unit Surface Sensor Solutions is responsible for profit & loss of Surface Sensor Solutions portfolio, including both systems sales and services business. We are around 1900 employees, operating in an international environment.
We are now looking for an Executive Assistant who will contribute to our future success! In this role, you provide professional administrative and personal support with a high level of attention to details.
You will be part of the Business Unit Management team and work close to the Business Unit manager. Together you plan, structure, follow up the management meetings. Other main tasks:
* Preparing material and coordinate other meetings and conferences when needed
* Travel planning, handle and prepare customer visits etc.
* Spread information to the unit and support the personnel with administrative work
* Arranging bigger conferences, administrating invitations and prepare agendas
* Responsible for booking travel and accounting traveling bills
* Managing calendar and mailbox
* Manage communication and coordinating with other assistants located in Göteborg and Järfälla.

Your profile

We also believe that you have experience of supporting senior executives where a high degree of confidentiality, initiative and maturity of judgement are required. It is important that you are comfortable with prioritize and making own decisions.
We believe you like to cooperate and create good work relations and that being service minded comes natural to you.
Swedish is our working language, but you also need to be able to speak and write English fluently.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
