Do you want to play a key part as an assistant in a corporation with some of the worlds top brands?
Our client is now searching for an assistant mainly to the Vice President Commercial but also to the Vice President Finance. The position supports the Commercial department and serves as a facilitator with coordination and administration in order to maximize their efficiency in managing the business. This is a permanent fulltime role starting in august or as soon as possible.
Responsibility
The main task will be to support the business needs of the two Vice Presidents, Commercial and Finance, and the commercial team. Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate all elements regarding business travel arrangements
• Gather and prepare meeting material, e.g. Power-Point presentations
• Control and administer the Vice President's calendars
• Plan and administrate conferences and other larger activities
• Information sharing, updates, approvals and facilitate communication towards the commercial team
• Prepare and translate informal and formal correspondence
• Assist with the financial reports, e.g. budget and forecasts
• Handle invoices and account coding
• Maintain expense reports for the Vice Presidents
• Initiate development and effectiveness needs within own working areas
Experience and knowledge
You have at least five years of experience with similar tasks in an international environment. Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement. The Vice President Finance is English speaking only. If you have an administrative education it will be considered as a merit. You must have the ability to work independently as well as in teams. You have basic skills in economy and you are an experienced user in Excel and Word. Your skills in Power Point are excellent.

For this position we are looking for a person who is proactive, efficient and always one step ahead. You are a person who works well under occasional pressure and you enjoy giving service. Accuracy is very important and you need to be able to adapt as you will be in contact with people from all over the world. For this position you have to know how to prioritize and make your own decisions. You like to take own initiatives and to have fun at work! People describe you as a positive, humble and outgoing person.
Du kommer att vara anställd hos oss och arbeta på uppdrag hos kunden. Uppdraget beräknas bli långt och kommer att löpa på tillsvidare. Som konsult hos oss har du fast månadslön och betald semester. Uppdraget ska påbörjas i augusti.
