Job Description
This job contributes to SSP:s success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations. This job assists and supervises a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. You'll be involved with your store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development. The Starbucks Stores opening and closing hours will vary between 05.30-22.00 seven days a week so you must be available to work between these hours.
Job Requirements
Summary of Experience
Progressively responsible coffee shop experience (two years).
Customer service experience in a café or restaurant environment (one year).
Documented experience in directing the work of others.
Fluent in Swedish with very good English skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to act with a customer comes first attitude and deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Ability to create and coach effective teams, team-building skills.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the coffee shop environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
