hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos CBG Konsult ab i Göteborg CBG is now looking for an Assistant Project Manager for the company's Gothenburg office. You will report directly to a Project Manager and be a part of the Global Production Team. You will also cooperate with the Key Account Manager.
As an Assistant Project Manager at CBG, you will work with different multilingual documentation projects together with colleagues, customers and suppliers. After a training period you will gradually be responsible for planning, production and delivery according to set targets for several projects at the same time, which means to:
• Plan, control and monitor the team's various projects from order to final delivery
• Lead and train the team members
• Prepare quotations and invoices, follow up the performance of various projects and report production statistics
• Participate in customer meetings regarding production planning, introduction of new methods and presentation of the company's various work processes and tools
• Engage in technical problem solving and improving processes, often in collaboration with the Project Manager and the company's IT department
• Be continuously in contact with team members located at the company's other offices and with external suppliers
We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) within computational linguistics, information technology or computer science; preferably with a project management focus
• Fluent in English and Swedish, other languages are seen as advantageous
• Experience from project management, preferably with both internal and external stakeholders
