The main task will be to implement and update the resource planning of the PM group, engineering group as well as service group for our customer projects. This is an assignment for 6 month 30 hours/week, with good chances for extension.
The Role:
• Participates and supports manager in accomplishing the respective tasks, and managing the responsibility area, organization or assigned projects.
• Monitors all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
• Analyzes strategic or operational tasks, in assigned functional area.
• Gathers, analyzes and evaluates relevant data, and provides comprehensive reports and decision memos.
• Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
• Schedules, prepares and accompanies appointments and meetings, completes minutes of meetings.
• Manages integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
• Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
In order to succeed in this role, you have:
The main task will be to implement and update the resource planning of the PM group, engineering group as well as service group for our customer projects. Hence, excellent knowledge of MS Project/MS Project server is required. Evaluate all resources prior to all meetings and prepare documents for same and assist to obtain all approvals and record commend from various departments and prepare layout for same. Coordinate with project managers and directors as well as engineering group to maintain record of all resources and its availability and analyze all backlogs to ensure delivery of projects within required time frame. Maintain integrity of all data through standard processes and collaborate with project managers, service and engineering group to forecast all resource requirements of projects and perform research for all special projects. Maintain online database and ensure maximization of all resources and track all databases and assist to streamline all processes for customers.
Professional english skills required as interface to international locations.
Excellent knowledge of standard MS applications, such as Excel, Word, Power Point, Office 365 etc.
