The Redeemed Christian Church of God is a nonprofit organization, it is an international church with branches in several countries of the world; our presence is registered in sixteen different cities of Sweden and all the Nordic countries. English is our language of communication. Our fundamental believes can be found on our website www.rccgkarlskrona.org. We provide a conducive atmosphere for worship where spiritual and physical needs are met, guidance and counseling, community and charity services.

Your Responsibilities is to assist the head pastor in the following areas:
• Teaching and preaching of the bible (the gospel of Jesus Christ)
• Guidance and counseling, praying for and on behalf of people
• Overseeing the church affairs, the different departments and board of trustee
• Perform child naming and dedication, baptism, marriage ceremony, burial and other functions
• Conduct community services and outreaches

Who we are looking for
• Someone who is genuinely born again, baptized in water and the Holy Spirit, and ready to serve God and His people
• Someone who is caring and good with people
• Someone with integrity and has enough patient who is ready to answer call even at odd hours
• Someone who has charisma and who is prudent
• Someone who is able to read, write and speak english fluently

Qualifications
• Must have at least a bachelor degree
• Must have graduated from The Redeemed Christian Church of God's school of disciples
• Must have graduated from The Redeemed Christian Church of God's bible college
• Must have at least 2-4 years of experience as a pastor in The Redeemed Christian Church of God
• Must be able to work independently without supervision.
