• Maximise profitability in both the Oasis and Warehouse store and overall Area in order to exceed KPI's targets and enhance the Company's position on the High Street.
• Recruit, train and coach an exceptional team to be true brand ambassadors to represent the Warehouse and Oasis store. To ensure that team members deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• To lead the teams to achieve the vision for both brands by creating aspirational stores.

Main Duties
• Drive and deliver Oasis/Warehouse service standards and lead the team to exceed customer expectations.
• Recruit and develop high calibre staff who confidently represent the Oasis/Warehouse brand, and that can deliver excellent customer service
• Delivers KPI results in line with Key Targets as set by the business
• Maintain Model Store presentation standards and promote Oasis/Warehouse brand values
• Increase staff performance, retention and loyalty through support and development activities
• Develop and implement succession plans
• To address poor performance issues within the team in appropriate manner
• Demonstrate clear commercial decision making to support and implement new initiatives which contribute to the continued success of the store
• To communicate to members of management as requested
• To develop and communicate new ideas to drive the business forward
• Adhere to Company Guiding Principles for People and relevant legislative requirements to ensure a consistent approach to all issues
• To undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required

Essential Knowledge
• Has proven KPI performance and people management skills
• Understand the Oasis and Warehouse customer profile and passionate about the product and the brand
• Strong Visual Merchandising Standards and commercial acumen
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to ensure that the customer needs are always
placed first
• Demonstrated awareness of fashion retail industry
• Understanding of local retail environment
• Ability to analyse relevant data
• Knowledge of how to react to commercial decisions
• Strong knowledge of retail and employment law
