Your workplace
Electronic Defence Systems, a business area of Saab, is one of the world's premier suppliers of solutions for surveillance, avionics and systems to detect, locate and protect against threat.
In Jönköping, we develop and manufacture qualified electronics, software and mechanics for aircraft, helicopters and other demanding applications. A number of these products are developed in partnership with other companies, both inside and outside of the Saab Group. The majority of our projects are conducted in an international environment, and our deliveries include products to two of the world's largest aircraft producers, Airbus and Boeing.
Your role 
You will maintain substantial contact with managers and employees, while also acting as a natural support for some of the operations managers and HR managers for Avionics in Jönköping.
You will independently manage administrative processes and activities, but will also work in collaboration with the operations manager and HR manager. The role includes both regular procedural tasks and everyday problem-solving.
Your qualifications
Familiar with and experience of independent administrative work. Experience of working with Personnel administration is also favourable.
As a person you are resilient, driven with a sound sense of initiative, and have a service-oriented approach.
Since you handle individual related and sometimes confidential information, we also have strict demands regarding integrity and accuracy.
Computer skills, including experience of using the Office package and web-publishing.
Education minimum upper secondary school and a good knowledge of Swedish and English both verbal and written.
