The extent of your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Act as liaison between management and teams for communicating information, assignments, priorities, and special requests.
• You work closely with the project management team and implement concepts and tools for project planning, reporting, and performance and risk management.
• You are responsible for the planning and control of projects and develop options for action and
recommendations from the point of view of project management.
• You carry out various profitability calculations and are responsible for organizing and completing
regular status updates.
• You will work with our international customers and organize communication between the project and its stakeholders, Ensure appropriate reporting with internal/external stakeholders and with the project team
Qualifications and Experience
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while also serving as a "go to" for all members of a large team.
Great communication and social skills; experience interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal (in English and Chinese) with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts.
High levels of integrity and discretion.
Must be flexible and able to commit the time required to get the job done.
What should you bring along?
• MSc or BSc in Engineering or Business Administration
• +2 years relevant work experience as EA or Project Operational Assistant
• Fluent in English and Chinese
