Assistant Divisional Controller
Parts & Services Division

Would you like to join Parts & Services Division as an Assistant Divisional Controller, to support with reporting, follow-up of the divisional results and performance and support within finance operations at the customer centers?

The role offers valuable experience and extensive knowledge within the broad field of controlling. It offers exposure to the Epiroc organization worldwide through regular interaction within reporting and participation in operational/support projects. Together, we will develop the role to provide opportunities for skills development, greater responsibilities and stretch assignments to meet your ambition.

Job description
Your main responsibilities will be:
Consolidation of the division results in the Group reporting system. This will include processing, analysis and follow-up of incoming reporting from our operational units. Constant review and development of divisional reporting processes and analysis to ensure control and maximum efficiency.
Active support in Consolidation Process with analysis of the division performance and development and perform necessary adjustments and elimination.

* Active support to the Division Controller with preparation of analytical reports with effective presentation of data and scorecards; coordination of the reporting and planning process within the division, creation of various ad-hoc reports in ECS, and other ad hoc questions and follow-ups within the division.

Active resource for the divisional control team in both day to day tasks and ad-hoc projects; which will include support to our customer centers, product companies and distribution centers world-wide in the area of reporting and analysis, and leading or participating in various operational improvement projects.
* Participation in the training and development of Business Controllers in our administrative companies and hubs.

Your profile
We believe that you have a university degree in business administration, with a solid base education in areas of accounting, cost benefit analysis, finance and economics. Education in international business and marketing is a plus. Fluency in written and oral English is necessary.
You should also have some years of post-graduate work experience. International experience, either from living or from working abroad, is considered a plus.
An excellent understanding of MS Office, in particular Excel, is required. We also appreciate if you have already gathered experience with the Epiroc reporting and consolidation system (ECS). Knowledge and experience of The Epiroc Way and good understanding if accounting principles is important.
The person we are looking for has a strong drive and ambition. You have strong analytic capabilities and a service-minded approach. You should be able to remain calm and organized when working under stress. Deadlines in this position are important, so unusual work-hours are sometimes unavoidable. You are also expected to be an effective team player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location and travel
Moderate travel is anticipated to allow for the support of the customer centers and division hubs. Travel will also be dependent upon the development of the position according to your ability and ambition.
This position is located in Örebro or Stockholm, Sweden.
