Unique opportunity to join an International IT company located in central Stockholm.
On behalf of our customer we are looking for an assistant Controller.
If you find Accounting, Forecasting, Microsoft Dynamics AX and IFRS interesting, you might be the one we are looking for!
Our customer has some of their financial matters outsourced and the rest is handled in their Finnish Finance department. Our customer is now looking to bring the outsourced tasks home to handle inhouse.
ArbetsuppgifterThe cornerstones of this company are professional pride and know-how. Your tasks will be to provide management with important information to support decision-making and to take care of the daily economic issues. You will take responsibility of the accounting and preparation of the reports to the management. In practice, you take responsibility of the general ledger, payables and receivables, the balance sheet, VAT calculations, the year-end reporting and annual financial statements. In addition, you will assist in the annual budget and budget preparation.
You will also handle contracts with suppliers and offers as well as some other administrative tasks.
Our customers competitive edge is quality-conscious attitude, which they also expect from their Finance team. You will be the one working with finance in sweden but will cooperate with the Finance department in Finland. You have previous work experience in finance, you are aware of the importance of precision and flexibility, as well as the opportunities and challenges of an international business environment.
ProfilOur customer is using Microsoft Dynamics AX. In the future, you would be the system's administrator, so it is highly desired that you already have expertise in Dynamics AX, as well as interest towards new systems.
Our customers employees are technical professionals, and their expertise is an asset for the entire company. As responsible over finance, they expect you already have few years' experience of similar tasks, so that you can carry your responsible role and also bring your input in the development of their economic team.
Our customer is accustomed to be flexible, to assist and trust each other. Communication between different countries should be straight forward even when working under pressure. We expect that you have control of the financial terminology and are able to communicate fluently in English aswell as Swedish, are initiative and active when encountering new things.
Your employment will initially start with JCE Human Resource but later be transferred directly to our customer.??
