OM TJÄNSTEN
Pharmetheus offers consulting services focused on the application of quantitative approaches to support drug research, development and life-cycle decisions. As an Assistant Contract Manager you will be supporting the Contract team at Pharmetheus in their daily work such as administration of customer contracts and managing contract related matters. The Contract team consists of two Contract Managers, where you will form a part, and you will be in close contact with other parts of the organization such as project leaders and external lawyers.
Your role at Pharmetheus is a consulting assignment, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Pharmetheus. The assignment will be part time and long-term.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As an Assistant Contract Manager your job is to work alongside the Contract Managers in their daily work of administrating customer contracts and contract related matters. You will form a part of the Contract Team that is currently managing over 100 contracts. Your job duties will involve:
• Support and work alongside the Contract Managers in the various aspects of their work
• Review contracts and identify potential adjustments
• Communicate with clients
• Manage the contract process from the first review of a draft to a finalized and signed contract
• Register contracts in the new contract lifecycle management system and tag them with metadata
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for someone that meets the following requirements:
• Law or economics student with focus on international business law (preferably with a couple of years left)
• A strong interest in business law and contracts
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Fluent in English (both the corporate language and the contracts are in English)
Meritorious
• Previous workexperience from a similar role
As a person you have a keen attention to details, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. Good organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Good communication skills and a service-mindset allowing you to communicate with different parts of the company and customers in an effective and professional way.
Other information
• Start: As soon as possible
• Scope: Part time (Full time during summer)
• Placement: Uppsala (possibility to work remotely occasionally)
