Unilever is looking for an Assistant Consumer & Market Insight Manager

ROLE SUMMARY:
As Assistant CMI Manager Nordic you are part of the CMI department Nordic, in total 5 people. The team is responsible for the Nordic market?s researches, market data and trends and as strategic partners with that information identifying key insights to give recommendations to drive the business.
You are a key person between the company and external parties when it comes to briefing, managing market researches, analyzing and get a deeper understanding of the consumers' habits and behaviors. In this role you will be responsible for the Home Care category (Via, Comfort, Neutral, Surf) as well as an area of expertise, which will be the Analytics and Market share reporting ? a vital role in the company, giving you a great overview of all the categories Unilever is active in.
You will also be part of and drive different projects that are planned or ad-hoc. You co-operate with many other units in the company, mainly with the marketing unit and being a team player is essential. The Assistant CMI Manager works closely with one of the CMI Managers as well as CMI colleagues in Europe, and you will report to the Head of CMI Nordic.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
We believe you have between 2-3 years of professional experience from a research agency, ideally worked with quantitative research, Nielsen or GfK as analyzing skills are very important for the role. Ideally you have an education in Economics, Statistics or similar, where you have developed both a critical and proactive mindset. We expect you to be structured and analytical.
You are comfortable in presenting, curious and outgoing. Experience from working with FMCG is an asset and also if you have Nordic working experience. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English. It is required that you have good skills in Excel and Power point. It is an advantage if you have been working in Betr IT.
