The company consists of five employees on a seasonal basis with two major businesses; one ice cream shop, with a season from late june until september, and one watersports centre with courses, rentals and sales of all kinds of surfing and watersports (kitesurfing, stand up paddleboarding, surfing, jetski, etc.). The season for watersports stretches from april until october.
We are looking for someone who can fill our position as a company assistant. You will work closely with the CEO in all regards of running a small business and have a wide range of responsibilities ranging from making a yearly budget, hirinng, training and motivating staff and developing the business overall to actually running the business daily with routines and chores.
Qualities such as responsible, social and productive are highly valued when applying for the position. Previous experience from small business management is a great plus as well as experience from watersports.
