Tetra Pak Processing Solutions - BU Dairy, Beverage & Prepared Food develops and manufactures processing solutions for liquid foods for customers within the dairy, beverage and prepared food industry all over the world.

We are around 400 employees based in Lund, Sweden as well as in Denmark, USA, China, Singapore and India.

We are now looking for an Assistant to support our Business Development, Process Office and Engineering Functions.

Main responsibilities
• General administrative tasks such as handling travel expenses, travel bookings and visas, purchasing through EasyBuy, cost center follow-up, time reporting follow-up, meeting requests and conferences.
• Support in reporting, statistics and follow-up in the different work areas of the functions
• Information sharing of the functions activities in different media (Orbis, reports, newsletters)
• Act as "pool resource" and share workload with other assistants in the BU

Kvalifikationer
You have completed senior high school and have at least 5 years previous experience in working as an Assistant with similar tasks, preferably within a large company.

Previous experience in SAP and MS Office is a requirement and you have the ability to learn new software easily and to handle multiple tasks.

To be successful in this position you need to be truly service minded, structured and good with details. Being self driven and have the ability to prioritize your work will be essential. You are interested in and good at communication.

We require fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
