Assistant to KVO, KVD and KVS
Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. At the same time the department Integrated Business Planning (KV) has been restructured with some exciting challenges ahead. We are now looking for a dedicated and ambitious colleague with a high level of integrity, that would like to contribute as an assistant to the Head of KVD, Head of KVO and Head of KVS and their teams.

As an assistant at KV, you will have significant administrative responsibilities and will work closely with the heads of departments whom you support in their daily work. You should always be one step ahead by managing managers' calendars and preparing meetings. You are a part of, and actively participate in, the KVD and KVO management teams. Your main responsibilities will include;
• Actively participate in KVD and KVO management teams, administrate and coordinate meetings
• Manage two busy calendars of appointments and support the department managers by coordinating various meetings, forums etc
• Develop existing and create new working methods that helps us become more efficient (routines, instructions, information) in order to support and drive the business forward
• Work with communication and information to the organization and surrounding interfaces
• Independently run tasks and projects within the KV department
• Place orders for e.g. permissions and IT equipment and support our extended management team with onboarding for new employees etc

You possess a deep understanding of Scania's management practices and approach your work with a structured and pragmatic mindset. Your exceptional administrative and organizational abilities, combined with a keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence, set you apart. While you value teamwork, you are also self-motivated and quick to adapt. You are proactive, flexible, curious and enjoy providing support on a high service level. Your background includes significant experience as a managerial assistant, where you consistently delivered services of exceptional quality.
Proficiency in both English and Swedish along with strong communication skills is required. Moreover you are proficient in Office 365, particularly in calendar management. Experience with support systems like IGA, Scania Now, and P2P is highly beneficial.
