Job Description
We are now looking for an Assistant for document control to our client in Västerås! In this role you will administrate and check documentation in projects related primarily to technical matters in document management systems. Review documents towards requirements and interacts with the engineering functions that have generated the documents.

Further more you will support the tendering, engineering or operations team in control and monitoring, distribution and storage of documents for small and medium sized tenders and projects with low complexity. Ensure that the documents required in the tender or project is maintained in compliance with the company's procedures including format, receipt, registration, number, filing and the issue of documents.

Primarily tasks is to:
• Support the sub-PMs with the management of supplier documentation and the internal and external review process.
• Handle document flow Sub-supplier.

Qualifications
• You have 1 to 3 years of work experience within relevant field.
• You are able to handle different document systems, internal, with customer, and with suppliers, all of them technically and UX complex.
• You are proficient in English since there are a lot of interaction with overall document control in India.
• Swedish not mandatory but very good to have.

Salary
Salary, as agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Remote work is possible in dialogue with manager. Our client wishes to start immediately and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-06-30 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client in Västerås.
