Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant to provide timely and effective high level administrative/secretarial support. You will assist two Vice Presidents for the two areas; Global Sourcing and Global Hygiene Supply. Your role as an assistant will require independent judgment, discretion, confidentiality and detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures and people.
We are looking for someone that excels in organizing and is comfortable working independently. You should be able to make decisions and have a sense of urgency. Your two managers, VP Global Sourcing and VP GHS, will need your assistance with travel expenses, scheduling of meetings, booking flights as well as being responsible for organizing bigger events and preparing presentations.
The position is located in Gothenburg and the role includes support and direct reports to both Vice President Global Sourcing and Vise President Global Hygiene Supply.





Main Tasks
Support the two VPs when it comes to travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, travel expenses
Manage the calendars of the VPs
Coordinate and organize leadership management meetings, workshops and conferences so that they run smoothly. Ensuring that various meeting amenities are available as well as catering (lunch, fika) etc.
Assist with preparing documents and presentation materials; proof reading as well as creating presentations
Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time

Key Competencies
Previous experience working in a similar role and in a global organization
Excellent communication skills
Excellent skills working in Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word
Fluent English is a must
High integrity and professionalism

It's an advantage if you also know Swedish. Furthermore, you are very professional in your approach, structured and organized.
