hela Sverige Sandvik Materials Technology is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a world leading manufacturer of high-value-added products in stainless steel materials, special alloys, metallic and ceramic resistance materials and process systems. The product areas comprise Tube, Strip, Wire and Heating Technology, Process Systems and MedTech. We are now looking for an Assistant for the Business System Organization located in Sandviken.
Key performance areas
As the Assistant your focus will be on structuring, setting up and establishing the administrative support for the new Business System Organization. You will support documentation of all Business System specific training, and work with data sheets and audits for knowledge transfer. You will also support all Business System programs to standardize and maintain databases as well as support scheduling and follow-up on all mandatory events. You will be responsible for maintaining all admin sub processes for the organization. You will report to the Business System Director.
Your profile
You have extensive knowledge and creativity within the area of IT support, especially for Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes. You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English. It is important that you are service minded and have the ability to work with a high degree of integrity. You are open, flexible and prepared to take own initiative.
