Falck Global Assistance is a business unit within the Falck Group, providing global emergency medical assistance, international healthcare and security services to travelers, expatriates and employees working abroad. Our services are used by numerous companies in various business sectors, to provide risk management solutions to deliver end to end medical and security services. To work in this role, you will need to be able to motivate and lead a team. Your team will consist of approximately fifteen travel assistance coordinators.
Primary tasks and responsibilities
This position entails a characteristic and motivating leadership role. You will have the responsibility for the operational staff and daily operations, ensuring the workflow and cooperation throughout the organization. Your impact will ensure that we reach our goals and always make every effort to create operational excellence.
Your tasks are:

Staff management and employee development
Supervising, coaching and motivating employees
Securing standard operating procedures and optimizing processes
Daily resource management with compliance to budget
Ensure compliance with guidelines and instructions
Responsible for customer service deliveries
Responsible for service level agreements and KPI performance
Follow up and act on Employee Satisfaction Survey results
Costumer complaint handling
Resource planning

Background and competences
We expect that you have experience of leading and motivating employees and we are looking for a leadership that is characterized by clarity, drive and commitment. You are structured, analytical and dare to make demands to achieve results. We see skills such as communicative and open, as natural for you to be able to build relationships and create trust.
It is furthermore important that you have the following skills and competences:

High cooperation and interpersonal skills
High performer
Exceptional prioritizing skills
Business minded and financial understanding
Costumer care experience
Excellent communication skills orally and in writing: Swedish and English as minimum.
Have excellent IT skills
Proactive and comfortable with taking on major responsibilities

Our Emergency Response Center is open 24-hours a day, thus your schedule will be reflective of this. We expect a high flexibility, and weekend and evening shifts should be expected. You should also be available during peak seasons which are typically during holidays.

The recruitment process
To ensure that we have the right people working in Falck Global Assistance, we will invite you to an Assessment Day. Here you will meet your future manager and colleagues, who will tell you about the job and how it is to be employed at Falck Global Assistance. During the meeting you will be expected to participate in small exercises and tests, and there will also be an individual interview. We will also ask you to prepare a task that you should present during the interview.
