Assignment Managers
Vattenfall Management Consulting (VMC) provides the Vattenfall Group with management consulting services, including analysis, strategy and organisational development. We operate across Vattenfall serving clients at management level in staff functions and the line organisation. We are approximately 80 consultants, primarily located in Stockholm, with an office in Berlin as well. We carry out assignments on all Vattenfall markets.
VMC are now looking for Assignment Managers, responsible for managing our projects.
Responsibilities
As assignment manager at VMC you are expected to:
o Work as a project manager in projects ranging 2-10 employees from VMC, but also often involving a large number of participants from the line organisation
o Lead and develop team members
o Work in a variety projects
o Take active participation in developing our business and organisation

Requirements and profile
We are looking for candidates that have:
o Experiences from some of the following areas: operation management, business and strategy development, and/or governance
o Strong drive, interest in the energy market, good at building relations, and that can handle stressful situations
o Project management experience
o Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
o Experiences from management consulting is meriting
o A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience
The position is based in Stockholm, even though projects may require travelling to all of Vattenfall markets.
