Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Scania is a world leading provider of transport solutions. Together with our partners and customers we aim to drive the shift towards a sustainable transport system, creating a world of mobility that is better for business, society and the environment. Our products continuously improve despite the growth in complexity and functionality of the Electrical System. In order to face those challenges, Q-Team Electrics plays a vital role by following up Product Design, supporting Production and after-market.

Our responsibility area is the Electrical System, belonging to the departments of Connected, Autonomous and Embedded Systems. It consists of the ECUs along with its software, functions and surrounding hardware e.g. circuits and layout installations. That responsibility extends globally in production units in France, the Netherlands and Brazil.

By quickly acting on design issues causing interference in Scania production, as well as quality deviations found at the field, we continuously improve the product quality and the profitability for both, Scania and its customers. Our challenge is to coordinate and investigate & introduce the right solutions for both production and after-market, with shortest possible lead time. The target is to have a Short Term Solution implemented within 24 hrs and a defined Long Term Solution within 10 working days.
